About Touch of Care

Touch of Care Services is a service that focuses on a person centred system of support. We support families in becoming empowered to deal with complex and challenging issues, whilst building positive connections within the community.

This includes people with physical disabilities like cerebral palsy as well other illnesses such as depression or anxiety, intellectual disability or developmental delay.

We assist with Social and community access in the home and abroad.

We help support clients to achieve their individual goals throughout the aspects of their life.

Our aim is to help maintain your health and quality of life and to raise the standard of health and health education by striving to offer excellent and affordable home health care services and community based services to individuals and families.

We provide services, information and resources to people with disability and their families while helping people to connect with our community and – most importantly – have fun!
